Yum!
I prepared this Amish Baked Oatmeal last night before going to bed and baked it this morning. Everyone but Jared tried it and enjoyed it. It was delicious with vanilla yogurt on top. Gracie had thirds.

p.s. did you put the flax seed and millet in?
Alright, what is the recipe? We have tons of oatmeal and the only way most of the kids like it is when I make granola. I love the vanilla yogurt idea too.
